Neil is a trainer, consultant and keynote speaker specialising in DEI, intercultural collaboration, global leadership, and Learning Experience Design — helping organisations create impactful learning experiences that drive behaviour change.

Nikki started out as an HR Business Partner and Change Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, before moving into learning and development – whereshe has spent the last 15 years. She now heads up Commisceo’s digital learning development, focusing on creating engaging, practical learning experiences that help people grow and organizations evolve.

She’s passionate about using tech to make learning more accessible, relevant, and impactful.

With a background in Intercultural Communication and a career in global mobility, Julie has developed cultural programs for expats and international managers across sectors. At Commisceo Global, she now looks after the design and delivery of eLearning, workshops and bespoke training.

She is passionate about leveraging culture as a tool to build stronger, more collaborative working relationships.

With a background in project management within the events industry, Zak supports the smooth delivery of Commisceo Global’s training services. He manages the logistics and backend operations that keep our workshops, courses and eLearning running seamlessly.

He enjoys working with clients from around the world and takes pride in ensuring every training experience is well-organised, efficient, and tailored to our customers’ needs.

Gary brings a wealth of international experience from a successful marketing career in the pharmaceutical industry across the USA, Canada, and Latin America. Now a trainer and business coach, he specialises in management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration with particularly interest in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.

He is passionate about helping professionals grow through practical insights and culturally informed approaches to leadership and teamwork.

Fumi’s career in HR with leading Japanese brands took her across Asia, giving her deep insight into regional business cultures and workplace dynamics including South Korea, China, and India. Now working as a consultant, she helps leaders and teams new to the region adapt, collaborate, and thrive.

With a focus on teamwork, emotional intelligence, and problem solving, Fumi is passionate about guiding others to succeed through culturally aware and people-centred strategies.

Originally from the UK and raised in Spain, Dean built his career in IT and banking, managing projects and people across Europe including in France, Germany, and the Netherlands. A move into learning and development sparked a deeper interest in cross-cultural collaboration.

With a passion for languages and cultures, he retrained as an intercultural trainer and now supports clients with practical insights into European working styles, communication, and cultural expectations.

Aisha is Palestinian, raised in Kuwait, and began her career in engineering after studying in the USA. Her work in the aerospace industry took her across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan. Often acting as a cultural bridge for colleagues unfamiliar with the region, she transitioned into training.

Today, Aisha specialises in helping clients navigate Arab culture with clarity, confidence, and culturally tailored learning solutions.
