Here are some answers to some common questions we receive about our Philippines e-Learning course.

 

1. How is the course accessed?

Once you pay (or have your license) you will receive a URL via email. Simply click that URL which takes you to our Learning Management System. Quickly create your account, then you'll then get access to the course.

The course is made up of videos, case studies, quizzes and resources and is all online. Access is for 1 year (365 days).

 

2. Who is the course for?

Literally, anyone who works with Filipinos in any professional capacity.

It has been designed with a broad audience in mind and is ideal for those that are relocating to the Philippines, visiting the country for business reasons or those who work remotely with Filipino colleagues or clients.

 

3. Are there any prerequisites for learners?

Not really as it’s aimed at all levels of learners. Technically, all that is needed is the ability to navigate a typical website browser.

 

4. How many people can take the course?

If you buy a team, group or organizational license then it’s up to you.

We will give all your learners their own logins and they can take the course in their own time.

We can even give you statistics on your learners’ progress as and when you want them.

 

5. Is there an assessment for the course?

Assessment is carried out during the course.

This is via multiple-choice questions as well as questions based on case studies and workplace scenarios.

 

6. Do learners receive a certificate?

Of course.
